What exactly is the Prosper Group?
We work with businesses generating between $2M and $15M in annual revenue. These companies are typically past the startup phase — they have real customers, real revenue, and real problems. The owner is working harder than ever, but the business isn't working the way it should. Revenue exists. Profit doesn't. Or growth is happening, but it's creating chaos instead of strength.
How is this different from hiring a consultant?
Consultants observe, analyze, and recommend. We implement. There's a fundamental difference between someone who tells you what to do and someone who does it with you. We are operators, not advisors. We make decisions alongside you, hold accountability alongside you, and share in the outcome — financially. Our compensation is tied to your results, not our hours.
Why a three-year commitment?
Because real transformation doesn't happen in a quarter. Most business problems took years to develop — they won't be solved in 90 days. A three-year partnership gives us the time to fix the primary constraint, let the business stabilize, identify the next constraint, and repeat the process until the company is genuinely strong. Short engagements produce short results. We're not interested in short results.
What does 'no consulting fees, no equity' actually mean?
It means we don't bill you hourly. We don't take a piece of your company. Instead, we participate in the profit we help you create. A $10,000 commitment retainer secures the engagement — this is credited against future profit participation, not a fee you lose. If your company doesn't improve, we don't get paid. Our incentives are perfectly aligned with yours.
